  I
am a IBCLC since 2002 in central Indiana. My home is in Kokomo,
where I have a private practice, but I work part time in
Indianapolis as a LC on a busy maternity floor. I run a support
group every Wednesday and I love my mommies and babies at group!
I began my nursing career in Pediatric ICU, then moved to labor
and delivery which I loved! Once I had my girls, breastfeeding
became my passion. My girls are now 9 and 5. I proudly tell
anyone who asks we breastfed “forever”, although it was 19 months
and 2 1/2 years in reality, and we coslept…well my 5 year old
still does sometimes! I absolutely love what I do! Helping moms and watching their babies grow and how you can see them fall in love with nursing. That’s my mission to get moms to just fall in love with their babies and having the confidence to parent however they feel comfortable. |
