Sharon
Mattes has been a private practice professional Lactation
Consultant for over 20 years and an active La Leche League
Leader for 35 years.
She has taught Bradley Method natural birth classes for the
last twelve years and enjoys attending the occasional birth.
Sharon and husband Paul have 3 grown sons (all breastfed) and
3 grandchildren.
She enjoys helping nursing mother / baby dyads, teaching
breastfeeding classes, and speaking to professional groups for
in-service education.
