Breastfeeding Issues: Everything you need to know

Having issues breastfeeding? You are so not alone. While breastfeeding is certainly a natural process, that doesn't mean it's always easy. In fact, the status quo is probably that you or baby (or both) are going to have some sort of breastfeeding issues. Luckily, Breastfeeding.com is here to help guide you through all your issues trying to breastfeed and even breastfeeding problems. First, there are the problems that you might encounter and these start with--take a wild guess--your breast. You might experience things like dry nipples, bleeding nipples, breast infections, pain during breastfeeding, cracked nipples, mastitis, inverted nipples, milk blisters, white nipples, sore nipples, red bumps on your breasts, and more. (Don't let this long list of ailments discourage you--these are things that might happen, not that will happen...and we could provide you just as long a list of great things that will happen thanks to breastfeeding!) Baby might also have some problems breastfeeding. These issues include things like baby choking, pulling away, or not wanting solids, whether to breastfeed while baby has chicken pox, nursing strike, if and when to supplement, and a tongue-tied baby. (Again, don't let the long list of scary things stress you out too much! We're helping you get prepared, not predicting your breastfeeding doom.) If you've been through any of these problems yourself, put your troubles to good use by answering questions and giving advice to other mamas currently experiencing the same things you went through.
