ABOUT US / BIOGRAPHY

I started OB nursing in 1988 and became a CNM after completing the UCSF-UCSD program in 1993. I have written articles over the years for Midwifery Today under the name of Sandra Stine and Sandra Dederscheck. I have practiced in home birth settings and hospital settings. I love what I do. I whole heartedly support breast feeding and continue to educate myself! I am a successful breastfeeder with my own children having breast fed for a total of 6 years with all of my children!
