Shoshana Kesner, PhD, RN, has worked with women and babies her entire career, spanning over 18 years. She recieved her post graduate degree in alternative medicine. She specializes in women's care and formulated a natural remedy for a woman to manage her labor with less stress. After arriving in Israel in 2006, she was providing educational, and practical support to fellow olim. She saw the effect of good support throughout and how it makes the difference between disappointment and satisfaction. So, Shoshana put her education and experience together to formulate a system of support for all olim. Shoshana founded Binah Baby to connect Anglo couples who are expecting in Israel, with birth support professionals. Her ultimate goal is to help couples to overcome the obstacles to experiencing satisfying births. Shoshana has done this and is now doing more! Now, she connects couples looking for support in all phases of childbearing, from fertility through postpartum. Shoshana is also teaching the only Postpartum Doula Training program in Israel.
