I have been offering labor support doula services since 2002, as well as small group and individually based childbirth classes, loosely based on the Birthing From Within Method.
My service includes up to four prenatal visits, continuous emotional and physical support during labor, and 2 postpartum visits. All this for $250, free to all teen, single, and low-income moms giving birth within one hour of West Paris, ME.
