For nurses who work clinical OB units, please don't be afraid to promote and encourage the mother's who are birthing at your facilities to feed their babies breastmilk and ONLY breastmilk. Nutrition and Breast feeding.

As a midwife I value nutrition. I have always tried to juice carrots, beets, celery , green beans etc to glean as much nutrition from my vegetables as possible. For close to 10 years I've been hearing about a product called Juice plus. One capsule of the vegies and one capsule of the fruits is the equivalent of 10 fruits and vegies.
