Breast feeding and formula? The statements always start.... he is eating so much, I can't make enough milk for him. He just wants to nurse all the time. Maybe I need to give him formula to or maybe I need to start giving him cereal in his milk. Breast milk production comes from a supply and demand cycle. I love what I used hypnosis for my second birth in 1986 but that was before I knew of HypnoBirthing which is such a wonderful way to give birth. My birth was calm and quiet to the point the doctors and nurses couldn't believe it. My son was born in the birthing room and nursed right after he was born. As a midwife I value nutrition. I have always tried to juice carrots, beets, celery , green beans etc to glean as much nutrition from my vegetables as possible. For close to 10 years I've been hearing about a product called Juice plus. One capsule of the vegies and one capsule of the fruits is the equivalent of 10 fruits and vegies.
