I am the mother of three grown daughters, all breastfed, and the grandmother of one breastfed grandson. I have been working with breastfeeding mothers/babies since 1989, first as a La Leche League Leader, and then as a lactation consultant in private practice. I provide home visits, phone consultations, prenatal breastfeeding classes (group and private), and a weekly new mom/baby group. Breastfeeding is the normal, natural feeding of an infant and the continuation of the process of birth, and I am honored and privleged to assist, as needed, during this initmate time for mother and baby.
