ABOUT US / BIOGRAPHY

I have been a Childbirth and Breastfeeding Educator, Birth and Postpartum Doula (DONA) for 21 years here in Lincoln NE. I have been a Birth Doula Trainer since 1995. I was one of the founding members of Milkworks Breastfeeding Center here in Lincoln and continue to serve on their Advisory Board. I teach a comprehensive childbirth education course complete with the most up to date comfort measures and coping techniques, breastfeeding education and postpartum planning.
