Port Perry Lamaze is an affiliate of Durham Lamaze Associates. We teach prenatal classes in Port Perry, Ontario to assist clients in Scugog and throughout North Durham Region.
Our principal instructor is Alba Aguanno, but we also draw from the broader pool of qualified instructors in the Durham Lamaze Associates organization.
Alba Aguanno has been a Registered Nurse for over 17 years and has been teaching prenatal classes since 1993. In recognition of her knowledge and experience in this field, she has been granted the Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator designation by Lamaze International. She has taught for the Durham Region Health Department and is currently a prenatal educator for Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. In addition, Alba is currently offering prenatal classes at the Lakeridge Health Port Perry hospital. Not one to rest on her past successes, Alba continues to develop her skills in prenatal education through advanced nursing education activities.
