I was born in New England but moved to Seattle in 1980. I was an artist but became a Postpartum Doula in 1999. Married since 1976 ,with one daughter, who is now college bound. I have also been performing monthly with an improv troupe called "The Edge" for 15 years.
I specialize in postpartum adjustment, infant care and development, sleep issues, breastfeeding as well as multiples. I love to cook and support new parents.
