Baked Potato Casserole

6 - 8 baking potatoes, scrubbed and baked

4 c assorted shredded cheeses (cheddar, mozzarella, brick, provolone, etc.)

1 bunch green onions, chopped

3 c sour cream

1 pound bacon, fried crisp and drained on paper towels and then broken into pieces

Cut potatoes into thick (about 1/2") slices.

In a large baking dish, layer

1/3 of the potatoes,

1 c cheese,

1/3 green onions,

1 c sour cream,

1/3 bacon pieces.

Repeat twice more and top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
