Cheese Grits

1 tsp. salt

1 c quick-cooking grits

3 c water

1 stick butter

4 eggs, slightly beaten

2 cups shredded cheddar

1 c milk

Boil grits until thickened and remove from heat.

Stir in butter, eggs, cheese and milk.

Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
