
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. grated onion
1 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 c finely snipped chipped beef
1/2 c finely chopped salted pecans
fresh parsley, snipped
Beat cream cheese, onion, horseradish and Tabasco sauce until
light and fluffy.
Blend in chipped beef and pecans.
Shape into a log and roll in parsley.
Chill and serve with crackers.
