
1 head cabbage, core removed and cut into 6 wedges
8 T butter
2 T lemon juice
2 tsp. sugar
4 T horseradish
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add cabbage wedges.
Reduce heat to simmer and cook cabbage until tender (8 - 10
minutes). Drain well, set aside and keep warm.
Combine butter, lemon juice, sugar and horseradish over low
heat and stir until all is combined and heated through.
Drizzle sauce over cabbage wedges.
