
3 lbs. ground chuck
1 large chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper (optional)
2 packages taco seasoning
2 lbs. Velveeta (cut into small chunks)
2 cans Rotel (undrained)
1 can refried beans
Brown ground chuck, onions and pepper.
Drain well and then stir in taco seasoning. Add Velveeta
chunks,
Rotel and refried beans and spoon into greased crock pot.
Heat on low until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla
chips.
