
Boneless chicken,1-2 lb
cream of coconut, 1 can
Large can of pineapple
Red or green bell pepper
onion
Start in the morning and dinnertime will be fuss free!
Cut up chicken breast, or pieces of boneless chicken, lay in
crockpot
Add a can of Cream of coconut , pineapple, and peppers with
some onion.
Cook on high or at least 6 hours, serve over ice or by
itself.
