Fix And Forget It Chicken

4 large, skinless boneless chicken breasts (rinsed, patted dry and cut into serving piece sizes)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 small can mushrooms, drained

1 envelope dry Lipton Onion Soup mix

1 3/4 c water

1 c brown rice

Mix soups, mushrooms, onion soup mix and water together.

Measure out approximately 2/3 mixture and combine with rice.

Pour into a 13 X 9 inch greased baking dish with a lid.

Arrange chicken pieces on top; pour remaining soup mixture over.

Cover and bake at 325 for 2 1/2 hours.

Don't really forget you've got this delicious casserole in the oven ~ lol ~
