
8 T butter
4 T corn starch
16 garlic cloves, pressed
2 c whipping cream
Bag of large uncooked shrimp
Cook, peel and devein shrimp. Melt butter in a large skillet.
Lightly saut� garlic.
Combine whipping cream and cornstarch and slowly stir into
skillet. Cook till bubbly, stirring constantly. Add shrimp and
simmer till warmed through.
