
1 c butter, softened
4 T sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c flour
1/2 - 3/4 c finely chopped pecans
powdered sugar
Cream butter and sugar, then beat in vanilla.
Mix in flour and then stir in pecans.
Chill dough. Using a small cookie scoop, remove batter and
form into balls.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees 15
- 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Roll in powdered sugar while still warm and roll again after
puffs have cooled.
