
2 c hot, cooked rice
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
2 boxes frozen broccoli (prepared according to pkg directions
and drained well)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c chopped onion
3/4 c chopped celery
6 T butter
Gently combine first three ingredients and then stir in
undiluted cream of mushroom soup.
Sauté onion and celery in butter and combine with rice
mixture.
Spoon into a large, buttered casserole dish with a cover.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
