
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup peeled, diced mango in 1/2 -inch cubes (about 1 mango)
2 tablespoons raisins
1 cup 1/2-inch cubes cinnamon bread
In medium bowl combine sugar, maple syrup, eggs, salt, milk,
sour cream, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
Add mango, raisins and bread cubes, stirring well.
Pour mixture into prepared miniature cake pan (no larger than
6 inches in diameter) and place in preheated 350-degree oven.
Bake until firm to the touch in the center, about 30 to 35
minutes.
Serve warm, room temperature or chilled.
