
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. sausage
1 large chopped onion
1 carton button mushrooms, chopped
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
20 drops Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 T Hot Mexican Chili Powder
sprinkle red pepper flakes
Brown ground chuck, sausage, onions and mushrooms.
Drain thoroughly and return to pot.
Cut Velveeta into small chunks, then stir into meat mixture
until melted. Fold in soup and spices.
Transfer to a crock pot set on low. Stir frequently! Serve
with tortilla chips.
