
3 lbs of Idaho potatoes
salt
black pepper
1 stick margarine
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of grated of cheese (parmesan)
METHOD
1. Peel and Boil potatoes until fork tender
2. Add potatoes to mixing bowl and mash
3. Add 1/2 milk, 1/4 of cheese, half stick of margarine and
combine
4. Add the rest of cheese 1/2 milk and other half of
margarine and the rest of cheese, add salt and pepper to taste.
