Mexican Eggs

2 cans chopped green chilis (with liquid)

6 eggs

6 T milk or cream

1/2 tsp. garlic salt

8 oz. shredded cheese (I like cheddar, but you could use any kind)

Butter a 9" X 13" baking dish.

Spoon chilis evenly over the bottom and sprinkle with garlic salt.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Beat together eggs and milk and carefully pour over the top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until eggs are set.
