
1/2 pound smoked sausage (diced)
1 large onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper (diced)
16 oz. can chili hot beans, un-drained
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. chili powder
Saut� sausage about 7 minutes or until it begins to brown.
Add onions and saut� another 10 minutes.
In a large, heavy bottomed pan, melt Velveeta and then add
sausage/onion mixture.
Stir in jalapeno, chili powder and chili beans and heat
through. Serve with tortilla chips.
