
1 c brown or white rice
1 lb. sausage, fried and drained
1/2 - 3/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 c celery, chopped
1 T soy sauce
1 pkg. dried chicken noodle soup or chicken flavored Ramen
Noodles
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 1/2 c water
Baking dish with cover
Spray a large baking dish with Pam.
Pour in rice. Layer remaining ingredients in order listed.
Carefully pour in water.
Cover and bake at 350 for one hour ~ no peeking!
Sprinkle with freshly ground garlic pepper and serve with a
green vegetable and fresh fruit for a quick meal!
