
1 small flank steak
4 c fresh asparagus, cut diagonally into 2" pieces
1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut into small florets
Broil or pan fry steak.
Cool and slice diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
Blanche asparagus in boiling, salted water 30 seconds.
Remove from water immediately and cool.
Repeat process with broccoli.
Dressing
1/3 c soy sauce
1/2 c vinegar
3 T sesame oil
1 1/2" piece ginger, peeled and grated
1 tsp sugar
freshly ground white pepper
Toss beef with dressing, and then gently stir in asparagus
and broccoli and serve at room temperature.
