
Fresh or frozen asparagus spears
a couple of T olive oil
a few red pepper flakes
a little kosher salt
Heat oven to 400.
*Lay asparagus spears in a single layer on a jelly-roll pan
and sprinkle with red pepper flakes & salt and drizzle with olive
oil (I use EEVOO).
Bake at 400 for 12-20 minutes depending on whether you like
your asparagus crunchy or tender.
*Or place asparagus in a large zip-loc bag. Sprinkle with
spices and then drizzle olive oil over the asparagus.
Seal the bag and shake gently until asparagus is coated.
