
4 cups peaches and/or nectarines
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 T sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 T flour
3/4 c oatmeal
1/3 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c flour
1/4 c butter (cold)
Peel and slice peaches and/or nectarines and toss gently with
lemon juice.
Combine sugar, cinnamon and flour and stir in.
Pour into an 8 X 8 baking dish sprayed with Pam and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and then mix together oats, brown
sugar, and flour.
Cut butter into small chunks and then cut into mixture with a
pastry cutter to form crumbles.
Sprinkle crumbles evenly over top of peaches and/or nectarines
and bake 25 minutes or until bubbly around the edges and the
topping is golden brown.
Serve warm and then refrigerate leftovers.
