Pizza Bread

12 Bread slices

2 large tomatoes (diced)

1 onion (diced)

3 slices bacon (chopped)

5 cloves garlic (finely diced)

black olives (diced) - optional

1 bell pepper

diced pineapples

oregano

pizza sauce (any preferable type)

grated parmesan cheese

chicken sausage (chopped)

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 350 F

2. Combine all ingredients except cheese, oregano, pizza sauce and bread slices.

3. Paste some pizza sauce on each slice of bread.

4. Sprinkle ingredients on bread.

5. Top with oregano and cheese.

6. Place slices on lined baking sheet and bake until bread is brown and cheese melted (about 8-10 minutes).

7. Top with ketchup, mustard or any condiments preferred.

8. Serves 6 at two slices each.
