Pizza Casserole

Crust

8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained

2 T butter

2 eggs, beaten well

1/3 c grated Parmesan

Stir butter into spaghetti until melted and then stir in eggs and cheese.

Scoop into the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 casserole dish.

Topping

1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck

1/2 c chopped onion

16 oz. small curd cottage cheese

1 jar prepared spaghetti sauce

4 c shredded mozzarella cheese

1 package sliced pepperoni

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp olive oil

Cook ground chuck and onion together and then drain, set aside and keep warm.

Spoon cottage cheese evenly over spaghetti "crust," and then sprinkle ground chuck/onions over top.

Pour the jar of spaghetti sauce over the meat, then sprinkle on all the cheese.

Arrange pepperoni slices over the cheese and sprinkle with oregano.

Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Can be made ahead and refrigerated, covered.

Bake at 350 degree, uncovered for 45 minutes to an hour.
