
3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
2 T dried, minced onion
1 can evaporated milk
1 large bag tortilla chips
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
Combine all ingredients, except the tortilla chips and
cheese.
Grease an extra-large baking dish and pour tortilla chips on
bottom.
Press down on chips to crumble slightly.
Spoon chicken mixture evenly over chips and top with cheese.
Bake at 325 degrees 1/2 hour or until casserole is bubbly and
cheese is melted.
