Salmon Croquettes

1 can salmon, skin and bones removed

10 saltine crackers, crumbled

2 eggs

3/4 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes

4 T milk

1/8 tsp. red pepper

1/8 tsp. kosher salt

1/8 tsp. freshly ground garlic pepper

1/4 tsp. Tex Joy with Worcestershire Sauce Seasoning

1/4 tsp. parsley flakes

Combine salmon, crackers, eggs, onion and milk and let sit for about 5 minutes. Stir in other spices and form into patties. Spray a skillet with Olive Oil and fry until browned on both sides.
