
Rice
1 lb Turkey or Hamburger Ground
4-5 large bell peppers or 6 - 7 small ones
cream of mushroom soup
medium onion
can corn, or mixed veggies, fresh broccoli if desired
stewed tomatoes 1 large or 2 small cans
Start with 2 cups uncooked rice.
Prepare to package directions.
While rice cooks, brown a pound of Hamburger or Turkey with
some chopped onion.
Mix rice with browned hamburger and 1 large can cream of
mushroom soup. Add veggies, and spoon into peppers.
Put the rest of the rice mixture in the bottom of 9 x 11
baking dish, and put stuffed peppers into the rice mixture.
Top with stewed tomatoes, and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or
until heated through.
