1 6 oz. can
unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 c white vinegar
1 T catsup
1/2 c sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 T cornstarch, blended with 1/4 c water
Combine all except cornstarch/water.
Bring to boil and whisk
in cornstarch mixture.
Reduce heat and stir 3 minutes.
