
2 sticks of butter + 2 T
1 c + 2 T lightly salted flour
6 cups milk
Melt butter over low heat.
Remove from heat and stir in flour, a few T at a time until
smooth.
Add a little milk and stir.
Continue adding milk a little at a time and stirring until all
milk has been added.
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
