
6 chicken breasts
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c white wine
2 c stuffing mix
1/4 c melted butter
Place chicken breasts on bottom of a greased casserole dish.
Lay one slice cheese on top of each breast.
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over the top.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Vegetable Medley
1 package frozen winter mix (cauliflower/broccoli)
1 box frozen carrots
1 box frozen green beans
1 box frozen corn
1 large can button mushrooms, drained
3 cans cream of mushroom and/or cream of chicken soup
2 c shredded Co-Jack cheese
1/2 stick butter
splash of Worcestershire sauce
Pour vegetables and mushrooms into the bottom of a large,
greased baking dish.
Heat soups and add cheese, butter and Worcestershire sauce.
Continue heating and stirring until cheese and butter are
melted.
Pour over vegetables and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hr.
