I know that I am kind of thinking about this a little early, but I am 7 months pregnant and I was wondering for those of you who have done weight watchers while breastfeeding to lose the baby weight, how early did you start after you had your baby?

This is my fourth pregnancy and although I have not weighed myself since before I conceived, which has been totally fine with my midwife, I am sure that in the end I will have gained my usual 50 to 55 lbs. I just decided that I didn't want to feel bad about it everytime I had to weigh myself. Anyway, I was so tired after my third that it definitely took a lot of effort to lose the weight. Although it came off in the same amount of time as the other pregnancies, mentally it took everything I had. I am hoping that this time I feel better about it and am kinder to myself while I am loosing it.

I look forward to posting more on this board when the baby arrives and I can no longer ignore my growing butt!!!

I am 4 weeks P.P. and although i haven't started weight watchers, i was in weight watchers right before i found out i was pregnant and there was a women that was less than a week P.P. in my group. Like her uterus still hadn't even gone back down. I thought she was acutally pregnant until the leader introduced her and rewarded her for her motivation and told us that she had just had a baby. So i'm guessing you can start as soon as you feel up to it! Personally, I gained 45 lbs and i got off as much as i could by myself and now that i have plateued i am going to start WW
