I have also decided to get back on 3FC and do their Biggest Loser challenge that should be starting sometime in January.

I am still hovering around 244 which isn't bad considering the way I have been eating lately. I need my own personal Jillian.

I also need my own little Jillian. I had a personal trainer like that once. I lost 40lbs in 3 months when I seen him. To bad he was so much money!
