While I would like to lose about 10 pounds I don't want that to be my focus. I'd like a fitness goal instead. My brother runs marathons and we did a 4 mile run this week. He thinks I could do a marathon, or at least a half marathon. So, there's one idea. I do have flexibility goals, but I'd like ideas as nothing else is really jumping out as meaningful to me.

What are your short term and long term fitness goals?

I'm going to start walking the dog every day. I hate the cold though.:crying:

Beginning of the year I'm starting C25K program again.

Honestly, most of my goals are more diet related. Drinking mostly water instead of mostly other things, etc.

I think focusing on the lifestyle goal instead of the scale goal is a great way to work towards it being a true change.
