While I would like to lose about 10 pounds I don't want that to be my focus. I'd like a fitness goal instead. My brother runs marathons and we did a 4 mile run this week. He thinks I could do a marathon, or at least a half marathon. So, there's one idea. I do have flexibility goals, but I'd like ideas as nothing else is really jumping out as meaningful to me.
