As of Wed.. I was 3 cm dilated, but I was 3 for a couple of weeks with Brendan before labor started!

Not effaced at all. pooh.

Baby posterior..crap! (like all of my kids were) ..OFP exercises continue as usual...turn, baby turn.

He keeps asking which induction methods I's be "willing" to try...um none!! I'm going for my 2nd VBAC, so I NEED to do it without intervention.

Actually, I did let him strip the membranes, but nothing really happened after that.

"My" due date is Jan 20th, but he has me as the 22nd, so I will go with his...an extra 2 days will be in my favor, lol!

He will "let" me go to Feb 7th...thanks for letting me..I appreciate it!

Actually, he is supportive....I think he is giving me the options he gives everyone. Induction, break water, etc.. n thanks, I have a bad track record with that. (c/s)

I have a wonderful doula, and we are in constant contact, so i have all the confidence in the world that we should have a wonderful birth experience!

If you are still reading this, thanks....it feels good to update here!

I wish you all the luck. I will not be able to have my next child VBAC, I guess my pelvis is way too narrow and so a c/s is my only option.

Good Luck!!!

Sounds like a good visit. How nice to have a Dr. that is listening, for the most part, and abiding by your wishes for a vbac.
Good luck!

My midwife stripped my membranes with my 3rd. I had been having daily BHs but the stripping stopped them cold for a full day ... a little disappointed ... but then I went in to labor and gave birth the next day!

Good luck!

The BH stopped, and some "real" ones are back...but I don't think anything is really starting up. Oh well, tomorrow is my due date, but I'm used to going over!!

Good luck!

With my first 2 I went straight into labor without any warning. But with #3 I had "real" crampy contractions off and on for 3 weeks before I gave birth. It was making me crazy not knowing when it was going to happen for real. Then my midwife stripped my membranes. And within 48 hours it was all over. Thank God! Those last few weeks are miserable!!
