I took a shower today and I cant believe how fat I have let myself get. why the hell am I thinking lately. I keep telling myself I will diet after I have my next baby eat what I want now. but I am really eating alot, alot of chocolate and snacks. how do I stop this, I need help. I dont know how to start to lose weight but I really need to or I am headed down a bad path. please ladies help me what do I do. I already drink just water its the freaking snacks and I eat too many helpings at meals.

I am the same way mama. Don't buy them. Only buy healthy snacks or the healthier alternative (baked, organic). Yes it will be a transition for your entire family but they'll get used to it.
If I have any snacks that I love, I will eat them. All of them. Cookies, cakes, chips, candy. All of it in my mouth as quick as I can.
I tend to now by healthier snacks and snacks for the kids that I really could take or leave but they love them. Don't get me wrong, I treat myself, too much at times but I will never, ever go without. Your setting yourself up for disaster if you do that.
Write down everything you eat mama for a few days. Then start cutting!

Yep, the easiest way to avoid snacks is not to buy them! I tend to eat them too--I'm trying to go low-carb and I bought the kids some Nutterbutters for snacks on the sailboat (to keep them occupied and happy) and I ate so many of them! You could always start up a journal on this board--everyone is so supportive and encouraging!

Do you exercise at all? Thats one thing I really need to get back to. Videos are about my only option right now. When the kids get a little older (as in school) I want to start running again. Right now, we live on a busy road and there are lots of logging trucks and I would be scared to run on it lol!

thanks so much I started a journal its under michelle. i am going to log what i eat for a few days and see where I need to cut down at. thanks so much.
