welcome joanna...
You should post in the general breastfeeding board, you will get a lot more answers.

I don't have a ton of advice...being that I am a first time nursing mom as well.

I know you can increase your production.
1. you need to stop supplementing or at least wean it. Every supplemented bottle is less milk produced, because your body ups production whenever your baby is nursing, the nerve endings on your breasts signal your brain to have you breasts create more milk. So, at the very least you should pump when the baby is supplemented.
2. you could try a "nurse in" where you are home with baby resting for a couple or few days and just nurse as often as baby wants
3. drink a lot of water
4. rest.
5. try oatmeal

Please post on the general breastfeeding forum so a much more knowledgeable momma will help you more.
