Okay! Lost again! Not a lot but I had a banquet on Saturday, drank pop on a couple of occasions and made cookies with the kids on Friday. I guess I should be thankful that I lost. Down 0.6 lbs making my weight 162.
Goal: 135
Last lowest weight: 157 before the holidays

good job. I am new here but I have lost 5 lbs in a week. I started at 218. I weighed today its 213. yeah so excited. my small goal right now is get under 200.

I'm hanging out around 162--so not down anything from last week. Man, the two meals I didnt' watch myself on really hurt my chances of losing weight this week :(

I totally understand Flutterby. It happens pretty easily. But you know just how sensitive weight loss or the lack thereof can be. Maybe this week will be better!

Each step you make in the right direction makes the next step easier. I find when I make good choices, drink my water, get out and walk every day and eat good food I feel better. Losing weight ends up being a bonus!

hey there - good job. Sorry I haven't been cheering everyone on - stupid me, I have always just read the "today's post" and didn't realize I could read ALL the weight management threads in one spot. I feel badly for not replying to some of you ladies!!
