Yesterday morning I was feeling morning sickness kinds of Ick.. It lasted most of the day. I was also having some cramping near my right side. No.. there is no way I can "Feel" pregnant after only 2 days, so I think Ovulation happened yesterday. If I did, that explains why my periods are always over a week late!

This is the first time I've tracked my fertility and I thought that might be what that nausea and cramping were. Am I up in the night to assume this or is it the right track?

I think it's kind of hard to tell by your current temps since they seem to be mid-range. But if you had thought it was two days ago, then I think your temps may be saying otherwise. I guess all you can do at this point is see if they go up any higher to confirm it was yesterday. Unfortunately it's all a crap shoot until there is an obvious shift, but at least you'll have a better idea this time of when to expect af/bfp.

I didn't check your temps, but do agree with you that nausea and cramping can be ovulation signs. I haven't had it happen recently, but for several months, I got sore breasts from about 3dpo until a few days before my period was due. If your periods are usually 7 days late, then I'd guess that you ovulate about 7 days late. The LP can be 10-17 days long, with it being 14 days for the computerized woman! (If it's shorter than 10 days, then it's too short. My LP is 11-13 days and both my OB and RE think that 11 days is just fine).

Yep. My Temp went up this Morning. Soo. How soon would your temps rise if you ovulated? The day before or 2 days before? Perhaps the nausia and cramping happen the day before ovulation? Also, my chart has no "Ovuated" thing on it. How would it tell? Sorry all these silly questions. I should just go read up.

ETA:
I found it.

Ovulation occurs on the day BEFORE your thermal shift.
Three elevated temperatures are required to confirm ovulation.
Crosshairs will appear on your chart three days after your temperature has shifted..

Note to self... DTD the day of or before Cramping or nausia.
Unless my Temp goes all weird then I can presume my Dr. is right with me having PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and I'm not Ovulating. That would explain the Cysts I get on my ovaries.

Nice rise there! Two more and you'll get your crosshairs!

What I do is have sex every other day from day 8 or 9 until I'm sure I ovulated. (My period isn't usually completely over until day 8 or 9). I'm not doing temps due to DD's waking schedule, but can usually tell if I ovulated - after the fact though. And sometimes I just know it was in a two day range. There are times when I'm not positive when I ovulated, but at least I know that sex is covered!
