If so, I was just curious how many calories you eat total for bfast and lunch?
I either end up eating too little or too many and it really throws me off for supper. When I eat too little I end up binging as soon as I get home. When I eat too much then I end up not being able to hardly eat at supper - I am trying to get more of a balance!
I also wondered if anyone knows how many grams of fat/carbs/protein a person should have in one day? I want to balance that more also - I eat way too many carbs (good carbs, but still)

I dont caloire count I point count(ww) However I used to. The only thing I counted was calories, I didnt count fat or carbs or protein, and I was eating around 1000-1500 calories a day. So my meals would go something like this
Breakfast-granola bar or orange juice 100cal
Lunch-peanut butter toast or soup and a half of a sandwitch 300cal
snack- something around 100-200
Dinner-whatever I was making, lasagna, tacos, ect 500 cal
Snack- another little something apple, orange, carrots 100cal
Some days I ate more, but I did pretty well with it. But I really at heavy at nights, those were my big meals. Hope I helped

www.fitday.com is an excellent website to log your calories.
Trial and error really mama. Breakfast should actually be the most calories and the down from there but it's usually opposite.
Anyway, a piece of fruit, oatmeal and coffee is usually a breakfast for me. That is probably 400cal or so. Lunch is about 350-450 and Dinner is probably over 500cal. I have to eat 1500-1800 cal per day to maintain my milk supply.

Thanks Chrystal - I already track on calorie-count.com, but wish they would be more specific when they give you a grade as far as what amounts for protein, carbs, etc. Otherwise, I really like logging in there.
I guess I am afraid to eat more for breakfast and lunch because then I might mess up for the whole day. (but then I keep messing up everyday after work anyhow - maybe I wouldn't if I ate more at work?) I am thinking maybe 400 for breakfast, 400-500 for lunch, and 400-500 for supper. (with the remaining 100-400 being snacks) I guess I just need to experiment to see what works for me.

When I'm trying to lose I count calories, but it's hard for me to distribute them evenly, even though I know it's best. I usually do low-calorie breakfasts and lunches, but then I get too hungry by late afternoon or evening and mess it all up by snacking too much. I also eat too many carbs. The only thing that seems to help is to have low-carb snacks around, like lots of fruit.

A pen and paper along with a website that shows you calorie counts for unpackaged foods works best. People that keep a journal are 5 times as likely to lose weight and keep it off.
