36 weeks, dull back ache??

This being my 6th, you'd think I would know this stuff..But, I have never done this one before..After being up all day homeschooling with toddlers, I get these dull back aches that come and go..Last night, they were pretty uncomfy..So, it landed me on the couch for the rest of the night...Never had them before..I dont always get them..Just here and there...If I lay down, they stop. Any thoughts on what's going on? It's not my usual back ache that I always get...No tightening of the tummy except when I had a BH contraction...
Also, another thing that threw me, while I was sleeping, I actually did have a contraction...I just thought to myself, "Oh yeah, that's what they feel like" and went back to sleep...

I am 37 weeks with my 3rd and I have been having the SAME pains! I too have them in the middle of the night. I wake up with pain from my back to my front. UGHHH! And my belly gets real tight! I had these episodes with my 2nd child for almost 1 month! My doctor says that my body is just getting ready for the baby to come. Make sure you keep check on movements though. It can give you and your doctor a good idea of how your baby is doing. I hope all is well...your baby will be here really soon!
