I know that a fever could, and I know that traveling could, but would the flu delay ovulation if I don't seem to have a fever, just typical flu stuffiness/congestion stuff?
Will cold meds (more than just Robitussin ;)) affect ovulation or implantation?

I wouldn't think the meds would effect implantation. Just being stressed could make you ovulate later. Any virus puts stress on your body, even ones you fight and don't actually get. So yes, the flu could delay ovulation. I've never had anything delay my ovulation except for breastfeeding though so this is just based on what I've read! Some cold meds can dry up your cervical mucous so keep an eye on that!

I'm worrying about the same thing -- I should be ovulating in the next couple of days, but I traveled early in my cycle, and have had a cold since then. I hope it's not delayed!

Any sort of stress can delay ovulation, but I doubt it will delay/affect implantation.
I would assume that any sort of decongestant like Sudafed might dry you out a bit, making it harder for DH's spermies to make their journey.
